It's hard to believe that another Bike Park season is coming to end but that doesn't mean that the Bike Park trail crew has left to go surfing in Cosat Rica. In fact, this final weekend should be one of the best in a long, great season. A full trail maintenance blitz combined with excellent weather conditions have the Parks 50+ trails in mint condition.
On top of this, Murph has been working with a few local building sites to acquire a large supply mountain biking's magic elixir: good dirt. There are few other activities in the world that can gain such joy in something so basic as dirt, but there is no denying that freshly laid and groomed dirt is to mountain bikers what champagne powder is to skiers. That being the case, it has been puking up here.
Marty, has completely resculpted A-Line. The top section has been open for a few days and the word is that A-Line has never been this good. It is amazing what a master craftsman can do with the right tools. Smooooth. The lower section will be open for the weekend (if not before), you will not believe the transformation. The A-Line rock drop is butter.
The weather forecast is cool but dry. The Turkey Sale is going on. This is the last weekend of the season. The riding is at its best. No excuses, move the family turkey dinner to Whistler or send your regrets just don't miss this weekend.
